ganito rin yung sleep schedule ko nung preggy ako sis. it's because i was used to night shift. as long as you're well rested, everything's fine naman. my baby is very active and healthy until now. ♡
tinanong ko rin sya sa ob ko sis kasi laging 11 or 12 na ko nkakatulog then 8 or 9 or minsan 10 na ko nagigising. sabi ng ob ok lang daw as long as macomplete mo ung 8 hrs. di rin daw kc maiiwasan
Normal lang yan. Ganyan din ako. Basta enough naman tulog mo. Wag lang din sobra o kulang. Monitor mo din.
