May nakaexperience po ba dito na 7months na si baby first 3months exclusive BF siya, but now bottle feed na pero hindi padin po ako nirregla . Normal lang ba ? NagpPT naman ako but negative . But possible po ba na mabuntis nako kahit di pa nirregla ulit after giving birth via CS ? Salamat po!#1stimemom

Ay normal lang yan, mama! Kahit exclusive breastfeeding ka lang or mixed feeding na, maraming moms dito na delayed ang period, some even took a year or more, especially after CS. The good news is you can definitely get pregnant bago bumalik ang period mo, kaya better check with your OB para ma-confirm if everything's okay and to discuss family planning options para sa peace of mind mo. Congrats on making it to 7 months, that's amazing!
