It depends. Some ppl said soya bean tu contains phytic acid which block certain mineral absorption like iron & calcium etc.. so kalau I minum soya biasanya I make sure soya tu non GMO source & sy minum in between my iron & calcium supplement intake. So kalau pagi I makan iron & malam makan calcium then sy hanya minum soya waktu tengahari-petang jer
