Congrats on reaching 37 weeks, mama! Ya, technically baby is considered full-term now so kalau labour starts anytime, it's safe, tapi jangan worry, most first babies like to take their time haha, banyak first-time mums I know deliver closer to 40-41 weeks. Best lo start getting your hospital bag ready, finalize your birth plan, and start doing some light walks or gentle exercises, sebab readiness helps your body and mind feel less anxious. Definitely check in with your doctor regularly during these last few weeks to monitor baby's position and your progress, they'll give you the best sense of whether things are on track and when you might actually go into labour.
