Okay jadi macam ni, kau tak sorang je kena situation ni. A few of us mums went through something similar, and the thing is, sometimes the urine test boleh positive dulu sebab hormon hCG still building up, tapi blood test belum detect or kantung belum visible on scan yet. Could be tu kehamilan still very early (under 5 weeks), or in some cases it's what they call chemical pregnancy where the test shows positive tapi the pregnancy doesn't develop further, normally la period will come after a few days, sometimes heavier than usual.
The faint line is actually quite telling, kalau truly strong pregnancy, lines get darker over a few days, so if yours stay samar-samar atau tak progress, tu lah yang concerning. But there's also blighted ovum situation where kantung ada tapi embryo tak develop, which is just a genetic thing, bukan salah ibu punya.
Honestly sayang, you really need to follow up with your doctor or specialist soon, dapat mereka do a repeat blood test to track if hCG rising properly, and do another scan in a week or two to see if kantung appears. Jangan stress ya, lots of stories have happy endings, tapi kena check properly to know what's happening. Semoga everything turns out okay for you!
