Nak tanya pernah ke mommy ii yang lain scan then nampak kantung tapi masih kecil dan dalam masa yang sama ada cyst dekat kilang telur sebesar 3cm . Tapi perut hnya rasa cramp dan ngilu ii sikit sahaja tak kuat macam sengugut .
Jangan risau sangat, dear, someone in my mum group mentioned that ovarian cyst saiz 3cm masa early pregnancy ni sebenarnya quite common, and it's often a corpus luteum cyst yang actually helps support your pregnancy hormones, so it's not necessarily something harmful. Gestational sac yang still kecil at 5 weeks plus pun masih normal, sebab it needs a bit more time to grow, and the mild cramping and ngilu you're feeling could just be from the cyst or your uterus adjusting. That said, do keep all your follow-up scan appointments so the doctor can monitor both the sac growth and the cyst closely, especially if the cramp becomes more sharp or one-sided.
