hantar notis lepas habis maternity leave sis, bahaya. Mainan management kita xtau🤣 Kang nak kena saman menyaman , naik turun g bt report pej buruh ke apa ke. ikut polisi syarikat sis.. do check with ur HR.. biasanya kalau kita bg notis resign kurg drp kontrak yg di beritahu kita kena bayar dekat company sbgai pampasan..
Alamak sis, baik check dengan HR sebab setiap syarikat lain. Tapi kalau tak silap, takkan affect gaji walaupun cuti bersalin
Lbh baik sis hntr notis sebulan berhnti krja...biasanya effect dia tolak 2 minggu means 2 minggu tu krja free
