Anak 3 bulan poop colour and consistency boleh vary quite a bit depending on whether breastfed or formula, normal je kalau yellow-greenish and a bit loose, tapi kalau ada mucus banyak-banyak, berdarah, or bau busuk sangat, better tanya doctor just to be safe. A few of my mum friends ada yang panic first time, but paediatrician confirm semua normal, so don't worry too much lah but do snap a photo and check with clinic if you're concerned about the colour atau consistency, they dapat lihat sekaligus check tummy baby.
