nainom na po ako malunggay capsule, nakain din ako ng masabaw with malunggay pero mahina parin BM ko mga mamsh 13dys ago na ako nakapanganak haizt ? any other tips or need ko gawin...latch si LO every 2hrs, electric and manual pump gamit ko... sana may makapansin para sa Little Bella ko

Unli latch. And if okay naman diaper output ni baby for me no need to worry. Pumping is usually advised around 6 weeks. Try mo massage,warm compress and hand express. Pwede ka din magtake ng lactation treats Good luck and happy latching
