Sss maternity benefits

Nah file ako ng mat ben thru the company. I just found out that it was declined in the sss app because they didn't upload the live birth na pinasa ko. Now nag resign na ko and they're asking me to pay the money they gave in advance since di nila nakuha sa sss. Can I still file for it sa website so I can claim the sss mat ben.? Malaki kase yung hinihingi ng company saken
