Drinks lots of water po, magbuko juice ka na rin. Need imonitor ng urine mo. Ganyan ako dati, increase water lang talaga, iwas sa ibang drinks.

Nag normal naman na yung UTI ko nun, no growth bacteria din ako so tubig and buko galore ang ginawa ko after urine culture.

Inom kpo more water. And wag kna po uminom ng mga softdrinks
