complete meals mii.. bfast: oats+ banana (or any fruit) + yogurt or milk snacks : pwede na magbread lunch: protein like egg or meat + rice + veges snacks: fruit dinner: tulad din sa lunch complete with veges ganon po mii lalo na kung hindi pihikan si baby mo.. avoid mo lang masyado maalat .. ako nga 19mos na baby ko hindi pa ko nag iintroduce ng ma salt na pagkain except may bread na nakakain.. mas ok din na may vitamins si baby mo.. at mag milk pa rin ..
