Okay lang paliguan ang baby kahit may slight fever after vaccination, pero mainit na tubig lang and make it quick lang, a few of us moms usually do a lukewarm sponge bath para mabawasan ang init without shocking their system, tapos dry agad. Better to check with your pedia though kung medyo mataas ang temp or kung concerned ka, kasi they'll know best how your baby's doing after the shot!
