Normal ba mag spotting ng brown?

Nag spotting ako ng brown discharge. Hindi naman marami parang drops lang. But I went to the ER kasi first time buntis. Doctor checked the heartbeat ni baby and okay naman si baby. Doctor gave me heragest and isoxsuprine. Pampakapit daw. Totoo po ba na at some point may spotting talagang ma experience. For context mejo overweight po ako and I have a full-time day job (ako po yung nay hawak ng oras ko) and a night job.
