Bath time

My 7 year old boy hates to shower. It’s a struggle to get him in. I’ve played with him. He takes toys in and I’ve let him listen to music I’ve bought him water paints and he still doesn’t want to. I have even let him have his way for two weeks. And I broke before he did. What do you guys recommend I should do?
