My son's nanny will get married in the next 2 months. Do you think i'd better give her bonus or just wedding gift? Which one is more appropriate?

I'd do both just bc I, myself, love receiving gifts bc they hold a sentimental value. I wouldn't get anything expensive, just like a picture frame with a theme of a wedding, or a set of 2 tea cups for "hubby" and "wifey", something like that. And $ of course would be appreciated too.
