My son has had a fever last 24 hours, spiking up to 39.5 and runny poo but no vomiting. Does it sound like teething or should I take him to the doctor?

Oh dear, did u manage to find out if the fever was due to teething? 39.5 is rather high, so u may wish to standby some fever patch in the home.
