My little one took MMR and Pnenumoccqol vaccination last Saturday. She is having fluctuating slight fever till 38 degree max since yesterday night. It's on and off. Is it the effect of the vaccination or is he really sick?

If the fever lasts for more than 36 hours or the injection wound has swollen, please bring him to PD to check if it is viral fever.
