My child is 16 months old and I want to let her try curry. Is it advisable?

Sounds good! I don't see why not. My friend's baby had her first taste of a very very mild homemade curry at 14 months. Apparently, her baby was quite fascinated by the taste. According to my friend, her baby made a funny face but opened her mouth to ask for more. My friend was pretty amused. Now, her baby is 2 years old and could take mild curry.
