My baby is 15 weeks old. She has got rashes on her cheeks, don't know if I should be concerned or not. Is this normal among babies or is this eczema?

Need to see the picture of your rash mummy, but whatever condition best to stop any soap for bath and creams/oils. It also doesn't hurt to apply a thin layer of breastmilk on her face.
