My baby got vaccinated yesterday and she had fever. Why did she have fever?

It's natural for any parents to get worried if their child is not feeling well but it's normal for some babies. In-fact it's good sign for your child. It means immune system of your baby is responding against the vaccination which is given to them. So, need not to worry if baby is down with mild fever.
