You can give him sugar water solution. It is the easiest remedy that you can find at home. All you need to do is mix a teaspoon of sugar to half a glass of warm water and give it your baby thrice a day after his meals of throughout the day. Water and sugar are killer combos which come handy in softening the stools and relieving your child’s constipation. It depends really. I wouldn't worry too much if my baby isn't fussing and is still a happy baby. Feel his stomach, is it hard? Grab some baby oil and massage his stomach in a clockwise motion and finish off with bicycle kicks. You can do this if your baby is too young to take prunes. My son is formula fed and sometimes can go a few days without pooping. Just don't forget to monitor his stool once he poops! If it's small, hard and ball-like, chances are that he is constipated.
It is quite common for some babies not to have bowel movements for a few days in a row. You can try the following suggestions: - Giving your baby more fluid (you can try giving small amounts of diluted prune juice) - Wiggle your baby's legs in a gentle pedaling motion while he/she is lying on his/her back. - Gently but firmly massage your baby’s belly (below the navel). If you feel a firm area, keep a steady pressure there for a few moments.
Hi mummy, you can introduce prunes, some diluted prune juice or banana to the baby. I am not sure how old is your child but for newborn, you might want to stimulate the child by cycling their legs in a clockwise direction. This motion will aid their bowel movement.

Check first if it's really something you should try to "induce", as babies change their pooping pattern all the time. Here's a helpful article: http://www.easybabylife.com/baby-not-pooping.html
Papaya always works wonders for my kid! But if he's trying to poop and unable to do so (crying with effort) Pls take him to see the doc.
