mommy introduce one kind of food at a time. binigyan kami ng pedia ng schedule nung ganyang age LO ko. 1. rice, rice cereals, grains. - basucally lugaw. pero we started ung am, for 3 days 2. veggies - one kind of veggie for 3 days. for example carrots 3 days tapos potato for 3 days, etc., after wards sinasama na namin sa rice ung veggie na natry na nya. basta introduce one kind of food kay baby for 3 days para alam mo kung ok ba kay baby or may allergic reaction sya. tapos pag mejo madami ka na maintroduce na food, pwede mo na sya ihalo. wag pilitin pag hindi gusto pa nya kainin. para hindi maging picky eater. feed your lo same time everyday. para maaga po sya magkaron ng eating habits, no tv, no playing during feeding time. pwede kita bigyan nung naging schedule ng daily feeding sched ni baby, let me know pag gusto mo. :)
