My 2 months old has his bowel movements every second day, today is the 3rd day since the last day and there's nothing. Should I be worried? Exclusively breast feeding
It’s normal for babies not to have bowel movement every 2 to 3 days. Not to worry. It happened to my lo as well and it’s absolutely fine. Just wait for another few days and he will pass motion.
