Best to wait for contractions. Bloody show does not always comes with contractions and dilated cervix so either you have to go home or you have to wait hours for labour. Only my #1 had bloody show. I went straight to the hospital and had to wait 6 long hours before I finally gave birth. The wait was really exhausting than the birth 😂
