For my #1, I waited for contractions before heading to the hosp.. because if you aren’t exactly dilated, they may ask you to go home to wait. I rem sitting on my yogaball at home to bounce up & down to speed up hahaha. Jiayou mummy! Baby is almost here.. Have a smooth delivery 🥰
