If you have no "darah nifas", you are not breastfeeding, you can certainly fast. But, remember to niat and hadas. Not that I say if you are breastfeeding, you cant fast but it is not advisable if you tend to feel hungry and thirsty. Since baby's on BM, and you need food/drinks to gain nutrients vitamins and not feeling dehydrate then better not.

I chose not to fast this Ramadhan after my nifas. But I'm confused as to whether it's forty days or sixty days of bleeding. Anything after is considered istihadah blood which is not nifas. Ustazah Nadiah Hanim regularly does classes on these topics. Can check out her Instagram!
