I had them too! It happens when I stand up for too long/ exert myself physically. I was queuing up for noodles when it happened, and after I sat down and it went away after 10 mins (which is considered quite long for braxton hicks).

Braxton hicks. Totally normal. Just change your position or you could be dehydrated. Try to drink water to see if it goes away.
