Hi Mumshies! Just wanted to ask. I am 9w preggy now and i was advised by my OB to take Folic Acid and Milk only. My officemates are wondering why my OB didnt gave me some vitamins while on their journey they were given some vitamins for them to intake. How about you mums?

depende nmn po yan sa ob mo ako nga po folic acid lng din at milk...alm ko pag dting mo ng 2nd tri jan n uulan ng vitamins..at im sure bka sbihin mo pulubi kn sa pgbili ..kea ok ln po yan..😊😊
