It's safe according to who? Wag tayong basta basta magpapayo sa mga kapwa natin mommies. Kung tubig nga bawal ipainom from birth to 6 months, yan pa kaya? Don't endanger other babies. Ignorance can be deadly.

I don't think drinking this at early age is advisable. Only breastmilk or formula milk should be given to babies.
