mums any suggestions to ease hip pain? im 21w and really getting it almost every night in both sides. unable to go back to sleep from 4am as I usually feel it around that time. #pleasehelp #advicepls #pregnancy

On top of stretching exercises, if you haven't, get a pregnancy pillow or what I do is, sleep with bolster in between knees and another pillow to support my back.

Hi I think you’re experiencing sciatica pain. It’s common during pregnancy. You need to stretch a lot.
