Breast pumps

Hi mums! Would like to seek advice and recommendations for breast pumps. Currently I’m looking at Spectra vs a China brand breast pump (for cost saving). I’m a first time mum so haven’t used breast pump before. Would it be too big a risk to take if I went straight for the China breast pump? Specs are pretty good, anti-backflow, BPA-free components etc. If you’ve other recommendations please let me know too! Thank you :) #advicepls

I’m using pigeon portable breast pump. It’s good too. Not sure if you have already delivered, if you haven’t maybe you might want to wait till after you have deliver then you buy the breast pump. I have friends who bought breast pump before delivering but did not use in the end because they did not have breast milk

Thank you! I haven’t delivered, now around 5th month. But it’s my first pregnancy and I was wary about spending much on Spectra (was looking at S1+ in case I don’t have enough milk) but also was worrying what if I spend that big an investment on the breast pump and I just can’t get my supply up anyways 😅 Thanks for your advice!
