hi mums! i noticed last night that my left nipple is sore. when i checked, there are 2 lumps at the areola. i tried to pinch and massage it and it went away. those lumps are not painful. any one experienced it? should i be worried? is that a clogged milk duct? im still 25w pregnant though. #advicepls #firstbaby #pregnancy
