2 month old baby fever after shot

Hi mums , has ur babies catch fever after the 2 mths shot frm poly, what do you suggest to give or do? Nurses said theres no medication for tt age. Worried.#firstbaby #pleasehelp #advicepls #bantusharing #ingintahu

I put koolpatch when i felt my baby is warm. Try to keep her temperature down before fever comes. But nurses say if fever can just keep baby cool with koolpatch or damp towel. I’m also prescribed light dose panadol thats suitable for baby but i tried not to use
