Aia mum2baby insurance policy and coverage

Hi, to mums and dads who purchased this aia mum2baby policy, could you please share whether you went ahead with the whole life or investment linked base plan policy? And what kind of sum assured you took ? A little confused because I'm not sure whether a baby needs life insurance when newborn. I was quoted premium 1.9k per year for whole life aia mum2 baby protect. This is for sum assured of 200k and its one time payout for either death or CI. The premium seems abit on the pricier side, so just wanted to know what everyone got. For sum assured 250k, its 2.3k per year. Thanks in advance! #advicepls #FTM #firsttimemom
