Watery Poo

Hi mummys. Baby is currently 20 days old on half fm and bm. These 2 days his poo turned from mustard yellow to dark green and looks more watery. Need to go see pd? Pic in comments. Thanks!

I would think it’s normal. Suggest to observe for 2 days more before making a decision :)
