Mummy who didn't put lo in infant care .. Do you think your child will be slower than others who had put in infant care.? do you think I should enrol my lo at 18 months or 3 years old ?

My son didn't go to infantcare because my parents and/or I were at home to look after him, but we sent him to childcare at 2 years old to gain some social and independent skills! For you, I think you probably have to sit down and think it through - because it's not just about sending your child, but you have to ensure that your schedule and finances can accommodate the change too. If you want to delay/not send your child to infant/childcare (if you're in Singapore, the minimum compulsory is just primary school), you have to make sure that you have necessary arrangements at home so that your LO learns while being at home and have the opportunity to bond/play with others through events or classes outside :)
