Breastfeeding cravings?

Hey mummy’s is it true that u will have breastfeeding cravings? I’m craving a lot of sweet stuff nowadays like ice cream,candy,chocolate etc even savoury things can’t be pregnant tho HAVENT done sex at all 😭 is there such thing as breastfeeding cravings? #FTM

could be because you're breastfeeding and need a higher amount of calories, hence it's your body's way of asking for more food.
