Happened to me during my pregnancy..Sampai third trimester,selera makan kurang, alah dengan bau-bauan. Nak elakkan mual,saya banyak minum air masak (paksa) so tak dehydrated.. masak2 pun tak boleh, suami yang masak. Bau nasi / makan nasi tak boleh..so menu pasta/mi/mihun & oat. Nak kurangkan rasa mual, saya hidu peppermint.
