Sayang, please jangan delay, call your pediatrician today or go to klinik/hospital if the breathing sounds continue or baby looks uncomfortable. At 21 days, any changes like this perlu check cepat-cepat, okay? A few of us mums experienced similar and turned out baby just needed proper assessment, so don't worry too much but do get it checked ASAP. Better safe than sorry with newborns!
