Polip atau polyp

Aww sayang, spotting kat trimester ketiga memang scary kan, tapi alhamdulillah polyp yang cause tu dah buang! Honestly a few of my mum friends had similar scares during pregnancy, one of them had spotting from a polyp too, and after the doctor removed it and gave the all-clear, dia gradual je balik ke normal activity. The thing is, since your doctor didn't give you specific restrictions after the procedure, it usually means it's okay to resume, tapi I think it's best you call your clinic or OB just to confirm what's safe at 35 weeks, they know your full history better than anyone. Maybe ask them specifically if there's anything you should avoid for the next few weeks, and honestly if you're still nervous, tak ada salah to take things slower and give yourself peace of mind, especially since you're so close to labour na!
