I guess it’s up to individuals! Same as pregnancy, just don’t exceed the limit. I am currently breastfeeding and still continue to drink tea. Tea has lower caffeine as compared to coffee. actually i did not touch coffee in my pregnancy, after I give birth, suddenly I got the craving for coffee, I had cup of espresso from Starbucks, after that I breastfeed my baby, end up my baby didn't sleep for 8 hours (was in his 3 months). after that, I try to avoid caffeine.
I would avoid cuz I drank teh o poh before and I felt that my baby was more active and couldn’t sleep! Haha maybe it coincided with a sleep regression, but I avoided drinking caffeine after that to be safe.
Yes,but I kept it to 1 per day to prevent too much caffeine from getting into the bm
i did in moderation :)
