Experiencing the same thing too and also in my 12w! I feel nauseous and bloated constantly, but not eating to the brim and eating on time helps! Smaller portions + less fried food + eating slower + drink more water improved the number of times I actually vomit...
Usually, for me..I eat smaller portions in between meals to avoid heartburn, indigestion and nausea..Try that method..it helps
unfortunately, nausea can vary greatly not only person-to-person but even pregnancy-to-pregnancy
