Kursus peneman

Hi mama! Betul betul, dari apa yang I understand, requirement ni memang ada tapi it depends on the hospital lah. Hospital-hospital government mcm Melaka and some others memang require husband to attend kursus peneman dulu baru dia boleh masuk labour room, some mums told me their hospitals memang strict about this. Private hospitals biasanya more lenient, tapi still bagus husband attend jugak. Timing-wise, I'd say better to register early in second or third trimester so hubby tak rushing last minute. Most hospitals offer the course themselves, just call your hospital's maternity ward and ask when the next kursus is available, siapa nak attend (sometimes just husband, sometimes family members boleh), and apa the syllabus covers. They'll give you the dates and what to bring. Honestly though, not all hospitals enforce it the same way, some mums told me their hospitals were flexible if ada emergency, but don't rely on that lah. Better safe than sorry, so just confirm dengan your specific hospital what their actual policy is. Good luck with everything!
