Nexplanon miss period

Hey mummy's it's kinda a sensitive thing but I'm on the birth control nexplanon and my period came for 3 days last month and I missed my period for 21 days this month and the chances of me getting pregnant is really low cause it's 99% effective and I also took a pregnancy test yesterday came out negative any mums also on nexplanon and missed period?
