From what I understand, irregular or prolonged bleeding is actually one of the more commonly known side effects of the arm implant, especially in the early months after insertion. That said, since yours has gone on for two months and you just gave birth as well, there are two things happening at once, so it is honestly hard to know which one is causing it.
