Either C Sect or Normal you can use binder. But for normal delivery they will use right after PP massage. However for C Sect it depend on individual, some will use only after PP massage and the wound heal. I will use 3 pcs binder then when tummy's flatten I switch between binder and waist trainer.
hi there! not entirely sure abt other hosp but after my csect, the nurses help me put on the binder a day after and it was provided by the hosp. i also read that a mummy from KKH was told to get one from the pharmacy (so i think btr prepare one if youre getting a csect)
