solid food

hi mummy, may i knw how much to give to baby when intro solid food? after milk or before milk? if aftr milk, how long apart to feed?do i still make the norm quantity of milk after the solid food or make lesser?

I give solids usually about an hour after milk. My baby's milk intake reduced when she started solids - thats when bottle-fed, but at night she still latches frequently, i believe that's reverse cycling so no worries if her milk intake during the day decreases

I gave one spoon at the start. Then slwoly increase if baby can finish and wants more.
