Phlegm in one month old baby throat

Hi, any mummy encounter baby with phlegm sound ? My baby is current one month old recently she has phlegm sound during taking her milk. Doctor prescribed nasal spray but didn’t turn well yet. Should I be worry? Any mummy encounter this before? Can share with me please ? I’m worried#1stimemom #pleasehelp
