My baby just took vaccine last month and this is what my doctor advised:
Monitor your baby’s temperature to check if there’s any fever. If the temperature is above 38.5 degree celsius, please go see a PD.
Prepare fever patch, or if you don’t have it, you can just use a wet cloth to put on the forehead. Use room temperature water will do. Do not use ice water.
Don’t need to give panadol as they are still very young.
